The Problem
R-LABS needed a centralized platform to support venture creation and collaboration across internal teams, venture leaders, clients, and investors. Venture information, documents, access, and evaluation workflows relied on multiple systems and manual processes, making it difficult to keep information current, securely share resources, and efficiently evaluate new opportunities.
The Solution
I designed and developed Athena, an enterprise venture platform that brought key workflows into one experience. The platform integrated venture information from Salesforce, provided secure role-based authentication, centralized investment documents through SharePoint, introduced document activity analytics, and used AI to support venture ideation and scoring.
By connecting these capabilities, Athena created a more scalable foundation for managing venture information, collaboration, and AI-assisted evaluation.
